How do I return an item?

If you are shipping the item back, you must send an Email with the below information to RETURNS@ARCHERSLEATHER.COM to validate your return

  • Order number
  • Style name
  • Order ID
  • Find Order by (Email Address)
  • Size
  • Return reason among the following: too small, too big, model/cut, color, wrong article or defect (with a description of the issue)
  • Return items must not be damaged, must not be worn and must have the original Archers Leather provided packaging.

Note: Since Archers Leather doesn’t produce jackets for pre-order and doesn’t maintain stock in warehouse because we don’t believe in mass production and every jacket and bag is created by the finest artisan with years of experience by hand from beginning to the end finished product. Our Jackets are “Made to Order” to accommodate our customers demand. Our artisan craft your jackets/Bags with love in Archers Leathers workshop after receiving your order.

So, returns are only acceptable if:

  • The product is not in the same size, material and quality as shown on the website and as per the size ordered
  • If the product is damaged
  • If you have been sent the wrong article

Our Products

The images of the Products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colors accurately reflects the color of the Products. Your Products may vary slightly from those images.

Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, because our Products are handmade, any measurements indicated on our site have a 5% tolerance.

The packaging of the Products may vary from that shown on images on our site.

Refunds

Please note that we have up to 30 days of time to complete the refund payment, starting from the day in which we receive your return at our warehouse.

Of course, we do our best to refund your money as soon as possible within the 30 days, in fact:

-refund payments to credit cards/PayPal accounts normally take up to 5 days from the moment in which we receive the return at our warehouse.

-refund payments to bank accounts normally take up to 10 days from the moment in which we receive the return at our warehouse.

Please be aware that the shipping costs you paid for the delivery of your order are NOT going to be refunded.
